In the event that a carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we will promptly issue a complete refund, including shipping charges. To obtain items that were undeliverable, a new order must be created. Please ensure the accuracy of your address before finalizing your order. If you are purchasing items as a gift for someone else, we advise notifying the recipient about the anticipated delivery to reduce the risk of confusion that might result in the refusal of the package.
